Good news finally comes to Menifee, Papa Murphy’s is finally open. It’s located on Sun City Blvd in the to Von’s Shopping Centre at the recently remodelled corner of the shopping centre.

The Take and Bake Pizza joint will have its grand opening on 6th – 9th March 2014. It will be a colourful event with the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce offering help to cut the ribbon on Friday afternoon. Wildcat Brigade will grace the event with a performance on Saturday at noon.

If you are wondering what Papa Murphy’s is, It is a franchise best in selling the most fresh pizza product according to Zagat Surveys. This has seen it scoop numerous awards over the years. The most valued of all was the number ONE Pizza Chain in America. It has retained the title consecutively. It has also won the Platinum Award for Consumers’ First Choice in Pizza Chains.

Papa Murphy’s do not buy veggies from frozen bags like their competitors; they get and chop their fresh produce on site. Cheese is also grate daily on site hence fresh.

It was first opened in Hillsboro and in 2003 incorporated as Papa Murphy’s International (PMI Inc.). Peter and Lindsey Wynia are responsible for bringing it to Menifee. Peter, being in the hotel industry for 15 years, had the ambition of running one. This has seen him establish two others in Temecula and Murrieta. They have 5 children and are dedicated to giving back to the communities schools and associations.
