We would like to recognize our staff. We have a very dedicated sales team. Amberlynn White is our lead account manager for sales. She is a hard working go-getter. Not only does she continue to help us grow but she brings in new connections month after month all while making great client connections. Ryann Leusch is also out there bringing new business relationships together for our team. We appreciate their hard work, dedication, and most of all their loyalty! Another very important piece to our puzzle is our social media manager, Stephanie Rowe-Cameron. She monitors and manages our Facebook page and does an excellent job! So good that Menifee-ans look forward to her “What’s for dinner?” posts and interact with her and the rest of our staff on a daily basis.
We can’t give her enough credit for building our fan base and keeping all of the Buzz readers informed and current on all the events and happenings from our paper. We have a few vital key writers every month and continue add new ones to our team. Melanie Gozlan, Cynthia Nemelka, Bill Gould, and Diane Walden all contribute to the information that we provide. Each of them has their own specialty and writing styles that have sparked the interests of our readers throughout the year. We are proud to have all of our writers on our team. One of the most significant parts that make up the success of our paper is our remarkable delivery crew. It is imperative to be able to deliver our 30,000 papers per month not only to all the business locations in Menifee but also to all of our residents. Deliveries take 8-10 days, full time, non-stop to attain our monthly goal! This is the hardest physical labor part of our paper. Our “Master Thrower” (he has really buff arms by now) is Tyler Andersen. He throws as far into the driveways as possible while trying to avoid water, gutters, animals, people, cars, and other objects in his way. Occasionally he misses after a long day but he is very precise on the routes. Adrian Lucio is our “Master Roller”. He can take a paper, fold it, rubber band it, and count them into bins with the flick of his wrists in the most efficient time so that we don’t ever run behind. Ok so occasionally he misses a roll but it’s rare! We also have several little helpers that contribute in prepping the papers for deliveries, such as loading, unloading, rolling while our crew is on the road. One important little behind the scenes helpers is Natalie Gozlan. Although she is only a mere 9 years old she loves to help Daddy with his paper any chance she gets. Some of the staff not only specialize in one area but take on several others to help make our paper run smooth and make sure it’s done to our Owner, Yanik Gozlan's standards. His principles and values of the paper are geared towards his readers and advertisers and he aims to please each and every one with not only the content of the paper but also all the community events and relations that the team takes part in regularly.
Photography also plays an important role in capturing our events and other crucial aspects of the paper, which is courtesy of Butterfly Portraits by Melanie and readers who submit their own pictures they would like to share with other locals. In honoring all aspects of the Buzz we would also just like to take a moment and thank our devoted fans who make it so pleasant to be a part of this community. We have our loyal readers call who just want to hand out our paper at events or they just want to thank us for doing all that we do. Your support and encouragement are appreciated and always remembered. From talking and forming relations with our sales team to smiling and waving at our delivery crew all the way to going out of your way to call, email, or visit our staff to congratulate us on our success. We would also like to thank all the local businesses and advertisers whom had faith in our place in the community and have been with us as we continue to grow.
The first year of the Buzz was extremely busy and full of excitement beyond our aspirations and we are looking forward to go into our second year with even more involvement and dedication to our followers. We are also a proud member of the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce who has supported us along the way. So with much appreciation we thank everyone that helped make this an extraordinary year in so many ways. Come celebrate our birthday with us and The City of Menifee and meet our exceptional team at the Storm Stadium on May 18th. The Menifee Community night will honor community members with the Mayor throwing the first pitch of the game. We are looking forward to meeting more of you in this coming year.
Sincerely,
The Menifee Buzz Team
