Consolidated Contracting and WellQuest Living of Menifee Lakes broke ground yesterday to mark the construction launch of a new, $27 million, luxury senior living community in Menifee.
Expected to be complete in early 2021, the community on Antelope Road will offer three lifestyle choices for seniors: independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Consolidated Contracting principal, Joe Troya, who was present at the groundbreaking ceremony said, “We are very excited about this project. I feel it fits in well with our company values, especially as it relates to giving back to the community.”
With its three levels of care, WellQuest provides a personalized philosophy to its residents based on each individual’s unique qualities, abilities, interests, preferences, and care.
“I believe this project will make a difference to seniors in Menifee and the surrounding area,” said Troya.
The facility will include 116 of the largest apartments in the market, ranging in size from 400 to 1,100 square feet as well as first class amenities such as a swimming pool, theater, restaurant style dining, and state of the art fitness equipment and a pet play area.
