FYI... Ken Rice is often compared to Kenny G., Boots Randolf, and his personal favorite, King Curtis. He plays sax and sings great vocals from his heart with all of his undeniable “soul”.  People will be completely entertained at every gig, large or small. From the largest Auditorium to your back yard.

Thus, When Ken Rice performs His Sinatra Songs, the audience is always overwhelmed and responds accordingly.  Be it Love, Happiness, or sorrow, Ken's renditions of Sinatra never disappoint. His soul is obvious, as are his emotions while performing. Everyone loves to dance to his Smooth or High Energy Tunes.

Joined at the lips to his beloved sax, this music man has a long list of celebrities with whom he has sung, jammed or opened for, including select members of the San Diego Symphony, Robert Gordyof Motown, The Stylistics, Little Richard,  Billy Preston, Smoky Robinson, Harry Dean Stanton, Gloria Gaynor, Ella Fitzgerald,  Johnny Depp, Slash,  Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes live in Berlin, Thelma Houston, Johnny Hodges, Cat Anderson, POCO, Freida Payne (Band of Gold) Jay McShan, Marvin Gaye (Golden Hall San Diego 1 year before his passing) The Chi-lites with Barry White in Germany. Ken Saluted again and said "Yes Sir" because several of his Army buddies played musical instruments. Thus began The 7th Signal Brigade Communicators. He never fired a shot, And Opened for and backed up all the greats for USO shows and received his 1st Presidential Citation for his service. Therefore, Music saved his life, and all those who joined his band.
