“We need to start building out our city plan to keep young families in Menifee and create jobs”, said Blaze referring to the gap in housing in Menifee between rental housing and expensive single family dwellings.
“We need to get out of the way and let the market solve the gap”, continued Blaze, “Planning should be just that, not last second micromanagement”.
A cornerstone of Blaze’s economic growth plan is managing traffic effectively, setting city policy that encourages business to settle in Menifee, and planning that manages growth and development effectively.

Blaze believes that mixed-use developments in the right places is what Menifee needs – such as the Town Center Project.
“The average age of Menifee Residents has dropped significantly since we incorporated, we must address this”, concluded Blaze, “It is time to Blaze a trail for the future community leaders of Menifee”.
Blaze, 58 is a 15+ year resident of Menifee. Blaze has owned successful businesses in Menifee and is currently working to bring franchise opportunities to Menifee thus creating jobs. Blaze is a board member of the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of the Mariposa Homeowner's Association, the committee for the Unification of Menifee Schools as well as being President-Elect of the Menifee Rotary. Blaze is seeking the vacant 3rd district city council seat created by the untimely passing of the incumbent council member.
